BBQ 4-H

The 2006 Poultry BBQ Contest is scheduled for Saturday, April 22nd, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Lunch will be the chicken cooked with some other things to go with it.

IF YOU NEED TO BORROW A GRILL PLEASE CALL AMY SOWELL @ 859-6421.

CALL SAMIEL MARTIN @  859-4425 BY WED. APRIL 19,2006 IF YOU PLAN TO PARTICIPATE.

 

The contest is only open to Cloverleaf's, Juniors and Seniors (9-19).

The 4-H Members should bring

• Grill
• Tongs to turn the chicken
• Sauce
• Sauce brush
• Paper towels
• Aluminum Foil
• Matches
• Plates, Napkins, Utensils
• Oven mitts
• Meat Thermometer

The Extension Office will provide

• Chicken
• Charcoal
• Lighter Fluid
